HC Link Service Request Page

Welcome to HC Link’s Online Service Request System. To submit a request, please follow these two steps:

1. 1. To request a service, please click on the Create New Service Request button. Complete the online form and click the “Submit Request” button.
2. 2. A new page will open giving you two options. Click on the “new client” button if you do not already have an account. If you already have a username and password, click on the “returning client” button. Once you have registered or signed in, your request will be submitted and you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your request has been received.
